Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 7–10 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We use reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your parcel.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
For lost parcels, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia.
