What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept online banking, debit/credit card, and eWallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around 2–5 working days within West Malaysia. For Sabah & Sarawak, it may take 7–10 working days.
Are the products ready stock or pre-order?
Most of our products are ready stock. If an item is pre-order, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Don’t worry ❤️ Please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours after receiving your parcel. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I install the wall panels or wallpaper by myself?
Yes! All our products are designed for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) installation. We also provide a special adhesive glue suitable for panels and wallpaper.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
