1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

2. Change of Mind / Wrong Orders
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed via the same payment method used for your order.

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Items damaged due to improper use, DIY mistakes, or mishandling are not refundable.

Sale or clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund.
